Please include your device model, iOS version, CalBite app version, and a short description of the issue. If the issue is about a meal recognition result, include whether it came from camera, photo library, or text entry.
Common topics
- AI meal recognition from a camera photo, photo library image, or typed meal description.
- Editing calories, macros, ingredients, and meal details after recognition.
- iCloud/CloudKit sync across devices signed into the same Apple ID.
- CalBite Plus subscription purchase, restore, trial, cancellation, or entitlement state.
- Deleting your CalBite account and app data from Profile or Settings.
Subscriptions
CalBite Plus purchases are handled by Apple. To cancel or manage a subscription, open iOS Settings, tap your Apple ID, then Subscriptions, then choose CalBite. You can also use Restore Purchases in the app where available.
Data deletion
To delete CalBite data, open the app and go to Profile or Settings, then Account or Advanced, and choose Delete account. This deletes CalBite records stored locally and requests deletion of CalBite records mirrored through iCloud/CloudKit.
